Dr Lauren VanDyke

Meet Dr Lauren VanDyke

Dr Lauren graduated from RMIT university with a double bachelors degree in Chiropractic and health science. She has spent time working in multiple clinics throughout Melbourne and loves the way chiropractic can be tailored to suit anyone at any stage of their life or health journey.

Lauren has always had a keen interest in health and wellbeing and has been active her whole life. Growing up in a small country town in Gippsland, Lauren played netball and tennis for her local club for many years, and has continued this since moving to Melbourne as well. This active foundation has set the framework for how she wants others to feel – happy, healthy and pain free, and she is passionate to help people find their individual path to get there.

Lauren loves learning new ways to help people and has completed seminars on a variety of things ranging from human movement and biomechanics to functional neurological rehab to paediatric and pregnancy care. Most recently, Lauren has completed a sports focused course concentrating on sports injury prevention and rehab.

Lauren uses a range of different techniques to ensure everyone under her care receives care tailored to them and their needs. She is passionate about wholistic healthcare and addresses all aspects of health including lifestyle, nutrition and home exercise.

Outside of her adjusting hours you can find Lauren keeping active either hiking or at the gym as well as playing netball. Lauren is also a big fan of live music and trying new foods so she will often spend her weekends at a gig or event.
