Dr Jessica Sexton graduated with distinction from RMIT University in Melbourne with a double bachelors degree. She has worked in numerous clinics around Melbourne and has also volunteered in India. She was first introduced to Chiropractic at age three as she was the child that always wanted a turn on the table! Through many sporting injuries Jessica always turned to Chiropractic and noticed the benefits herself. This inspired her to want to give back and work hard to help others like she was helped.
Chiropractic has created a life full of optimal health and happiness which becomes the framework for Jessica’s care and love for others. Therefore Jessica has a strong passion for helping and empowering people of all ages to reach their goals and cater to their needs.
Jessica enjoys staying on top of the latest research as well as furthering her knowledge on a regular basis. She has completed a myriad of technique seminars and also extra training in paediatric and pregnancy care.
Jessica sees people of all ages and understands the individual approach needed to address people’s health. She uses low force techniques as well as a combination of traditional chiropractic adjustments. She has a strong scientific and wholistic approach to her care which means also looking as aspects of nutrition, exercise and other alternative health modalities.
In her time spent outside adjusting people, Jessica has a keen interest in yoga, spending time with family and playing competitive netball. Jessica has an insta famous fur baby cavoodle called Maisy who also keeps her out and about.
